About the Role
We're looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our growth initiatives. You'll shape PrimeMe's brand voice, drive user acquisition, and build our community across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- •Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital channels
- •Create compelling content for social media, blog, and email campaigns
- •Manage product launches and go-to-market strategies
- •Analyze marketing metrics and optimize campaigns for growth
- •Build partnerships and collaborations to expand our reach
Requirements
- •3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in tech or AI
- •Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content strategy
- •Experience with analytics tools and data-driven decision making
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively
Nice to Have
- •Experience with mobile app marketing and app store optimization
- •Background in AI/ML products or consumer tech
- •Video content creation and editing skills

Product Manager
About the Role
Lead product strategy for PrimeMe's AI-powered suite, starting with "Conquer Your Interview" — our real-time AI interview assistant. You'll own the product roadmap, work cross-functionally, and drive decisions that shape how people prepare for and navigate their most important conversations.
Responsibilities
- •Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on user research
- •Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing
- •Analyze user data and feedback to drive product decisions
- •Define success metrics and track product performance
- •Conduct competitive analysis in the AI assistant space
Requirements
- •3+ years product management experience, ideally in AI/ML or consumer mobile apps
- •Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven product decisions
- •Excellent communication and ability to articulate product vision
- •Experience with agile development and working closely with engineering teams
- •Passion for AI and its applications in real-world scenarios
Nice to Have
- •Experience with voice AI or real-time communication products
- •Background in B2C subscription products
- •Technical background (CS or engineering degree)

AI Software Engineer
About the Role
Build and improve PrimeMe's AI-powered products including real-time voice AI, LLM integration, and multimodal input processing. You'll work across the full stack — from our React Native mobile app to our Python backend — shipping features that help users succeed in their most important conversations.
Responsibilities
- •Design and implement AI features for PrimeMe's product suite (real-time voice AI, LLM orchestration, multimodal processing)
- •Build and optimize backend services (Python/FastAPI) and mobile app features (React Native/TypeScript)
- •Integrate and fine-tune LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic) for real-time conversational assistance
- •Improve system performance, latency, and reliability at scale
- •Collaborate with product and design to ship user-facing features end-to-end
Requirements
- •3+ years software engineering experience with strong Python or TypeScript skills
- •Experience building AI/ML-powered features or integrating LLM APIs
- •Familiarity with real-time systems, WebSockets, or streaming architectures
- •Experience with mobile development (React Native) or backend APIs (FastAPI/Django)
- •Strong CS fundamentals (algorithms, system design)
Nice to Have
- •Experience with voice AI, speech-to-text, or text-to-speech systems
- •Familiarity with OpenAI Realtime API or similar voice AI platforms
- •Experience with iOS/Android native development
- •Published research or contributions in AI/ML
