PrimeMe is an AI-powered conversation enhancement service that provides real-time assistance during conversations. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze conversations and deliver contextual suggestions through voice or text. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our express written permission.
Subscription and Payment
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis.

Free Trial
PrimeMe may offer a free trial for new users. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel before the trial ends. We reserve the right to modify or terminate free trial offers at any time.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the app settings.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeMe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PrimeMe does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated suggestions are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or appropriate for all situations. You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and any decisions made based on AI suggestions.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PrimeMe, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
Changes to Terms
